Our Mission
Founded in honor of Mrs. Rebecca Valentine, our foundation is rooted in a deep love for education, the environment, and community well-being. We are driven to make a difference through:

Educational Opportunity – From providing 20 annual scholarships to Kettering University students in Flint, Michigan, to supporting STEM learning through local and national programs.

Environmental Conservation – Distributing grants for partners like the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences and Wildlife Conservation Society to protect wildlife and coral reefs, secure vital ecosystems, and promote ocean health.

Community Engagement – Supporting initiatives like the Find My Genius program at the Southeast Ventura County YMCA, which helps elementary students grow in literacy, STEM, and social-emotional skills.
Every project we support is chosen with care and due diligence, designed to create a lasting, positive impact in classrooms, in neighborhoods, and across ecosystems.
