What payment methods do you accept online?

Our secure online platform, powered by Bloomerang, accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), direct ACH bank transfers from checking accounts, and Apple Pay. (Note: The Apple Pay option will automatically appear at checkout when browsing on Safari).

Can I send a check by mail?

Yes! Checks can be made payable to The Valentine Foundation (or The Becky Valentine Foundation) and mailed directly to our office:

Can I donate appreciated stock or wire funds?

Absolutely. Gifts of appreciated stock or direct wire transfers offer significant tax advantages by bypassing capital gains taxes. Please reach out to us at info@beckyvalentinefoundation.org or call 805-807-4360 for our broker transfer instructions and account routing details.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. The Valentine Foundation (DBA The Becky Valentine Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our Tax ID (EIN) is 90-0527475.

Will I receive a receipt for my tax records?

Yes. When you donate online through Bloomerang, an official tax receipt is automatically emailed to you immediately following your contribution. For gifts sent by mail, we issue tax receipts within 5–7 business days.
